Richard B. Tucker, Jr., is of counsel to the firm. Rick concentrates his practice on real estate, commercial litigation, and other litigation matters on behalf of individual and corporate clients.

Rick is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A., “With Distinction,” 1967), University of Kentucky College of Law (J.D., 1974) and served in the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972.

I greatly enjoy being part of the Rutter & Roy team because of the high ethical and professional standards of our attorneys, collaborative working environment and dedication to providing clients with excellent legal services.
