Christine A. Roy was part of a panel of speakers for the CLE course “Pipeline Projects: From Certification to Acquisition”

Christine A. Roy, along with William G. Myers, III of Holland & Hart, LLP (and former Solicitor of the U.S. Department of the Interior), James Johnston, Vice President – Associate General Counsel of Crestwood Midstream Partners, LP, and Sean T. O’Neill, Associate at Saul Ewing, LP presented an online CLE course on January 26, 2015 titled “Pipeline Projects: From Certification to Acquisition”.

The course covered a lot of ground, but primarily focused on the FERC certification process, the use of eminent domain, growing opposition to pipeline projects, appeals of FERC Orders, NEPA and the issue of segmentation, and federal preemption.
