Four Rutter & Roy Attorneys Admitted to D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals

Rutter & Roy partners Michael K. Rutter and Christine Roy, as well as Senior Associates Heather Oehlmann and Richard G. Scott, were recently admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit is the federal appellate court for the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Michael K. Rutter and Christine A. Roy led an education session at the International Right of Way Association’s 62nd Annual International Education Conference, held in June 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee. The presentation, entitled “Planning for Federally Regulated Pipeline Projects: A Legal Perspective,” highlighted the critical role that lawyers can play from the inception of a natural gas pipeline project through acquisition, construction, restoration and beyond.
